The performer of composition is Zet kwadrat group active since 2003, created by Krzysztof Tomaszewski ´Zambari´ and Marek Zygmunt. These are multimedia artists active on the edge of visual and music arts. Apart from Z^2 project they are working on video and film productions, performance art, visualizations, installations etc.
Playing their own improvised electronic compositions they have performed in art centers and on the club scenes.
Hitherto achievements of Z^2 refer to ambient music with electronic experiment elements. The music space is built using samplers and computers controlled by midi equipment. Improvised music of Z^2 is a mix of sounds of civilization audio-sphere with singing, phrases, near-sounds and noises. Initiated by the group discussion or even gentle emulation is a part of the performance that effects with creation of intriguing space building particular stories.
They put a peculiar emphasis on common creation of music as an exercise, where outside and inner process of recognition, work and development through communing with certain environment is very important. ´Kolej´ (´Railway´) project is a certain audio and video sphere. In 2005 Jacek Tymoszuk aka Hijack (VJ) joined the group. He is operating the image in ´Kolej´. In this configuration the group has taken the name Z^2+H.
