Dagmar Keller (*1972) lives and works in Cologne. From 1995–1999 she studied visual arts and architecture at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. Afterwards she studied at the Kunsthochschule für Medien Köln and received her degree in May 2001.
Martin Wittwer (*1969) lives and works in Cologne. From 1992–1999 he studied visual arts and architecture at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. Since 1997 he received grants from several swiss towns and cantons.
Keller and Wittwer cooperate in artworking since 1997. Main topics of their pieces are concerned with the idea of hyper-real spots whose environment reflects human wishes, ideals but also their paranoias and anxieties. Works of Keller and Wittwer have been shown at Viper Festival, Basel; Museum der Dinge, Berlin; Stiftung DKM, Duisburg; Art Cologne; Art Primeur at the Centre of Modern Art, Dordrecht (nl); My world is not enough, Museum Fridericianum in Kassel and for several times at the Kunsthochschule
für Medien Köln. In 2001 they received the re:view award from the Video- and Filmfestival at the Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst in Zürich.
